newborn photography is an art. if you want the cute squishy sleepy poses then you need to be booking your session in your third trimester (at the latest) to ensure that your due date is reserved in my diary. I have the most luck with these poses when bub is seven days earthside - between day seven and day ten are the most ideal!

this allows mum and bub a few days at home together to get their bearings and it avoids that day fifteen cluster feeding period and possible baby pimples;
